Next to our base - Zell am See airfield – there are additional starting and landing areas available with a helicopter facilities fee. We are happy to put together a bespoke offer for you.

The following payment methods are available for your dream flight: credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal), instant bank transfer, advance payment (invoice, SEPA transfer), cash payment (only available for take-offs from the base at Zell am See airfield)

With us you fly in a H125 B3 / B3e helicopter made by Airbus Helicopter. Our VIP configuration ensures the maximum comfort during your flight.

Flights only take place in weather conditions that are suitable. Our team is available to provide precise information about the weather forecast for your flight slot.

The Airbus Helicopter H125 has space for 1 pilot and up to 5-6 passengers. Please get in touch beforehand if you have a booking for 6 passengers. Upon submission of the requisite passenger details (weight, age, height) we can provide precise information regarding the implementation of a flight with 6 passengers.

Children are very welcome on board of the SENNAIR fleet. Children up to the age of 2 can sit on one of their parent’s laps. Children aged 2 and over require their own seat. If you are flying with a newborn, we would ask you to contact your doctor for medical advice.

Helikopter Shuttle

Flights can be conveniently booked by telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail or via our online shop. Our team is happy to assist you by questions about possible dates and are happy to help effect your booking.

A helicopter is just like a car, we have air conditioning/ventilation in summer and heating in winter. For longer flights, the jacket can be stowed in the luggage compartment before departure.

Four-legged furry friends are very welcome on board. For safety on board, we would ask that small dogs be carried in an appropriate dog basket. Larger dogs can sit at their owner’s feet. Please bring a muzzle and ear protection for your dog. For cross-border travel a pet passport is required which lists all vaccinations. Our team is happy to help should you have any questions about travelling with pets.

3x hand luggage suitcases, 3x normal hand luggage bags, 1x small hand luggage bag, 1x large suitcase, 1x XL suitcase. upon request. The transportation of your sports equipment (e.g. skis, snowboard, golf, etc.) is also possible. You can find more information on the Fleet page.

Transport flight

  1. Description of your project & clarification of feasibility
  2. Evaluation, setting a date, creating an itinerary
  3. Transferring an offer with cost estimate
  4. Possibly gathering of requisite specific approvals (National Park, construction site, etc.)
  5. Inspection of the construction site by a flight assistant, pilot
  6. Preparation of the work area on the day of the flight: safeguarding, work material (Big Bags, slips, cables), allocation of flight assistants at various stations, coordination of ground staff
  7. Implementation of the work flight
  8. Post-processing of the work areas: signing delivery dockets, dismantling safety measures, withdrawing ground staff

Short-notice projects that do not require any specific special authorisation can be coordinated and carried out at the next available date. For projects that require special approval, deadlines need to be adhered to.

Authorisation is required to implement utility flights by helicopter. This authorisation is sought by the flight company from the relevant department in the respective state. We also recommend that you get information from the authorities to see if further authorisations are required for your plans.

In our Airbus Helicopter H125 and using the latest technologies, up to 1200kg of external cargo can be transported. The weight information is regarded as a maximum weight, which may vary depending on the weather conditions, terrain and set-up of the working environment. In planning your utility flight, our pilots and flight assistants will provide information regarding weight for your external load, which has to be adhered to. If the external load is too heavy, the transport cannot be carried out due to the high-risk potential.

Online-Shop

If you wish to return an item purchased from SennAir GmbH, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and send us the completed return form. Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are still in their original condition. Vouchers that have already been redeemed cannot be returned.

Please note that all online purchases must be exchanged according to the procedure described below.
  1. Step: If you would like to exchange an item purchased from SennAir GmbH, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we can only accept exchanges or returns of products that are still in their original condition.
  2. Step: shipping costs for the return of products from the "Market" must be paid by the customer. SennAir GmbH will not be responsible for returns lost in the mail. To be on the safe side, the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (you will receive an email from us).
  3. Step: the customer has to inform us by e-mail about the new product/color/size he wants.
If the product you want from the "Market" is in stock, then it will be shipped to you as soon as possible after we receive the returned product(s).

Vouchers can be ordered directly in the online store. After completed payment, we will send you your voucher as a pdf for printing. Vouchers only become valid after full payment and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sennair GmbH is not responsible for any loss of vouchers by the consumer.
